What it does

See what each job really paid

Enter what you billed, what each job cost, and how long it took. The worksheet works out profit, margin, and what you earned per hour.

Find the price that hits your target

It shows the price each job would have needed to reach the margin you want, and how far off the real price was.

Know how much to raise prices

Enter how much your costs have gone up. It shows the increase that holds your margin, or gets you back to your target.

How it works in 10 minutes

  1. Fill in your numbers once

Crew wage, payroll costs, card fees, overhead, and your profit goal. Best estimates are fine.

  2. Enter your last five jobs

Use the most recent five, not the best five. Count driving and quoting time too.

  3. Read the results

See profit, margin, and rank for every job, then check the Price fix tab for how much to raise prices.
